Meet Kelly “K3” Doherty, a 30-year trailblazer in the radio industry and the undisputed doyenne of voiceover and imaging. Born in Los Angeles, Kelly’s legendary journey began in Tucson, Minneapolis, and Miami, where she honed her craft in hosting, voiceover, and imaging. After a decade away, she returned to LA and skyrocketed to new heights—becoming the national voice of iHeartMedia’s CHR stations, the Imaging Director at KIIS FM, and eventually the Vice President of Imaging at iHeartMedia.

With one of the most recognizable voices in the business, Kelly’s sharp wit and signature sarcastic edge have taken her global. She launched her own voiceover and production company, lending her voice to global powerhouse stations across London, Dubai, Sydney, Toronto, South Africa, and beyond. She holds the title of longest-running female voice at iconic stations like KIIS FM (LA), Z100 (New York), WKSC (Chicago), x929 (Calgary), and WWWQ (Atlanta)—to name just a few.

As the former voice and imaging producer for American Top 40 with Ryan Seacrest, Kelly’s work reached an astonishing cume of over 90 million listeners. She’s shattered glass ceilings, paving the way for women in radio and voiceover, and continues to empower the entire community through The Imaging House; a global creative hub offering free resources, coaching, VO talent showcases, imaging libraries, and more.
